Founder’s Office Intern

Role Overview
This is a high-impact, founder-facing role with exposure across:

  • LinkedIn & communication
  • Podcast guest management
  • Global business development
  • Content coordination
  • AI & automation
  • Operations & research
  • Courses & community coordination
    You’ll work closely with the Founder, E-commerce Team, Creative Team, and the Content
    Strategist (once hired)

    Key Responsibilities
  • LinkedIn (Founder + Company Page)
  • Draft posts from ideas & references
  • Coordinate with designers/content team for creatives
  • Schedule, publish & analyse content
  • Engage with audience via comments & replies
  • Handle LinkedIn outreach for business & podcast invites
  • Maintain lead & outreach trackers

Podcast Support & Guest Management

  • Research & shortlist potential guests (India/UAE/USA/UK)
  • Prepare guest outreach messages & follow-ups
  • Coordinate scheduling & reminders
  • Assist with guest briefs and talking points
  • Work with creative team on podcast clips

Global Expansion – Amazon USA/UK

  • Research categories, competitors & opportunities
  • Shortlist D2C founders for outreach
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials
  • Support founder in international BD activities
  • Content Coordination & Growth
  • Work closely with the founder on content ideas
  • Coordinate between editors, designers & workflow
  • Maintain content calendars & deadlines
  • Provide research inputs when needed
  • Collaborate with the future Content Strategist

AI Integration

  • Identify AI tools for efficiency
  • Support e-com team with AI-based optimisation
  • Assist creatives with AI-enabled workflows
  • Maintain internal AI SOPs

Courses & Community Support

  • Assist in learner engagement
  • Coordinate webinars & session reminders
  • Share updates & announcements
  • Work with founder/content team on community activities

Consulting & Internal Operations

  • Prepare reports, summaries & documentation
  • Conduct category/market research
  • Maintain SOPs, trackers & internal sheets
  • Support founder on daily priorities & organisation
    What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing/Communications preferred)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Strong research & organisational skills
  • Interest in AI, content, e-commerce & consulting
  • Tech-savvy (ChatGPT, Sheets, Notion, LinkedIn tools)
  • High ownership, proactive & fast learner
  • Confident communicating with new people
  • Curious, adaptable & eager to grow
